Each package comes with a concentrated liquid soup base which contains no MSG, vegetarian or vegan, and none of the top 5 allergens (egg, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, shell fish). Noodles are made of non-GMO Japanese rice flour and without the top 8 allergens (vegan). Made in an ISO 9001-certified GF factory in Japan. Ambient storage. Shelf life - 12 months from manufactured date.
